We proudly offer shipping to anywhere in the United States and Canada via UPS & USPS. Please note that we require an additional 3 to 5 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country/region or state, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please be advised that holidays or inclement weather may impact delivery times.

  

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return policy on all jewelry pieces. Here’s how it works:

  1. Hassle-Free Returns: If your jewelry arrives damaged or you’re not happy with your purchase, return it within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Return Shipping: We offer a pre-paid return label for your convenience. If you choose to return your item using your own shipping label, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  3. Risk of Lost Packages: If you choose to use your own return label, please note that Jordans Jewelz is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. We highly recommend insuring and tracking your return package for the full value of the contents to avoid any issues.

  4. Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  5. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.

 

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before completing the purchase. If you realize there is an error in your address after placing the order, please contact our support team immediately at support@jordansjewelz.com. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to confirm the update to your shipping address.

Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Instructions for Exchanges/Refunds:
To request a refund, store credit, or exchange, please contact us at support@jordansjewelz.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@jordansjewelz.com.

Exchanges:
We will replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, please email us at support@jordansjewelz.com.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Jordans Jewelz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the contact details provided on our Tracking Page.
