Jordan’s Jewelz Policies

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS & USPS. Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please be advised that holidays, pandemic shortages or inclement weather may impact delivery times.

 

 

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a portion your order; rest assured, you will receive the remaining items of your order shortly after. The Jordan’s Jewelz support team will send another email stating the status of the remitems on your order.

 

 

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be up to date.

 

 

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. After making your purchase; should you realize an error in your address, please contact our support team immediately at support@jordansjewelz.com. The Jordan’s Jewelz team will respond within 24-48 business hours with confirmation of the updated address for your order!

 

Cancellation: All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Non- Personalized Returns: Jordan's Jewelz, strives to deliver inspiration and happiness with each and every order. If you are not happy with any non-personalized item you may return the item(s) to us within 75 days of your purchase. After 75 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalized Returns: Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost.

Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalized item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team (support@jordansjewelz.com) and we will work with you to make things right.

*Please note that once you order a personalized item we begin working on it right away so we cannot accept cancellations of personalized orders.

Instructions for Exchanges/Refunds: To submit a refund, store credit or exchange request, please contact us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited back to your account.

Refunds (if applicable): To submit a refund request, please contact us and follow the instructions.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at support@jordansjewelz.com. If you’d like to exchange one item in normal condition for another item, please

Shipping: For any approved returns, Jordan's Jewelz will provide a shipping label via email. If you request a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of the label for your return. This cost will be deducted from your refund amount. If you request an exchange or store credit there will be no fee for the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please be sure to keep the tracking number that is provided on your prepaid return label for tracking purposes.

If you choose to return and not utilize the Jordan's Jewelz shipping label, we are not responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package for the full value of the contents.

 

Returns:
By placing an order on Jordans Jewelz, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Jordans Jewelz.  Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Jordans Jewelz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
